Was Elvis The One And Only Elvis?

It’s funny how no one would argue with the fact that there could be only one Elvis, that he was absolutely original and unique, and while there have been thousands of imitators, there could never be more than one real Elvis…so unique was this incredible and incredibly self destructive star.

All true, and yet, all so untrue. And untrue only because there were almost two Elvis….well, one Elvis and one identical twin named Jesse…who died at birth.  

Yes, Elvis was an identical twin, and if it hadn’t been for his brother’s untimely passing, there would have been two Kings…a situation that just wouldn’t have worked very well, if at all.

A simple twist of fate, that changed the face of music forever.
